If it is then your fine.

The oven manufacturer has tested this supply cord and it is rated for this oven. If they were to make an electric that works off v it would take a lot more than 40amps to run it and a lot bigger wire. As mentioned already 10 awg is fine if its the power cord.

As said you need 8 copper or larger to supply the oven from your main panel. The amperage rating of the oven is 40 amps. This determines the wire size, voltage has nothing to do with it.

Generally high amperage cooking equipment uses volts for the oven heating elements as twice the power can be delivered 2 hot wires at half the amps that would be required if only volts one hot wire supplied the oven. In other words it would take 80 amps at volts to equal the power of a 40 amp volt circuit.
